Our Team
Managing Director
Khanya is a founding partner at Mntaneskolo Information & Technology Specialists. He assumes the roles of Project lead, Sales, Quality Assurer and Managing director, among many other things. He is a Software Engineer by profession, having spent several years working and heading development teams for respectable IT companies in South Africa, before taking up the position as Managing Director for Mntaneskolo ITS.
Assistant Director
Oarona’s background in mathematics gives her a sophisticated grasp on even the most theoretical aspects of programming and analysis, but her real passion comes from applying that knowledge to managing and analyzing business needs and requirement. She is also well versed in building computer applications, Business Intelligence reports and web services.
Marketing Director
Edinburgh Napier University graduate in Marketing, Project and Events Management with a focus on Project Management, Digital Marketing and Sales. Developing strategic sales and marketing objectives while continuously monitoring and reporting key performance indicators custom to any client or company goals.
Head Of HR
Nomonde is the newest addition to the Mntaneskolo Information & Technology Specialists executive team. She has 10 years of HR experience in a variety of technology companies. Her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development. She also leads the Training & Development team.
Head of IT
Kwanele graduated from Nelson Mandela University with a B-Tech degree in Information Technology and a specialization in Software Development. He is an expert in design, optimization and implementation of rational databases as well as in solution architecture using the Microsoft Developer Tools and platforms.
Head of Operations
Xabiso Joined Mntaneskolo ITS after graduating from Nelson Mandela University. He began his career as a Marketing intern working on various client projects during his learnership before ascending. He oversees the day to day operations of Mntaneskolo ITS. From the initial client interactions, to project planning, to the design phase and into development.
